How often should the filters be changed?
Please replace the filters eery 1-2 weeks
Is the water fountain wireless?
Yes! The UrbaPetsLife fountain charges using the USB-C charger in the box. Autonomy in automatic mode is about 40 days.
The UrbaPets fountain is easy to clean by following these simple steps
Disconnect: Turn the fountain off and disconnect it from the power supply.
Removal: Remove the upper bowl and internal components such as the filter and pump.
Cleaning components: Wash all parts with soap and warm water. The carbon filter should be replaced monthly, so change it if necessary.
Cleaning the pump: Take the pump apart and clean all parts to prevent dirt buildup or limescale deposits.
Which parts can be washed in the dishwasher?
Please only rinse the stainless steel bowl in the dishwasher.
Why not expose the product to the sun?
To avoid losing your warranty, please only use the automatic fountain indoors or on covered and enclosed terraces! Sunlight, wind and rain will cause the fountain to turn yellow and not work properly!
